Telford Signature (M) Sdn Bhd was established in 2009, as a spin-off company from Telford Engineering, with the initial aims to focus on premium residential design and build projects.

Armed with our in-house designers and professional associates, Telford Signature is currently one of the most active bungalow design builders, covering the key bungalow building areas such as Ponderosa, Leisure Farm, Ledang Heights and city areas within the vicinity of Johor Bahru. In 2015, we were classified as a CIDB Class G7 and ISO 9001 builder.

We aim to create impressive homes through our practice and attention to detail, with an empathetic understanding of our clients' tastes and ambitions, in line with a precise awareness of timescale and budget. Not only a building to be aesthetically pleasant, we commit to our belief in supreme quality works that will sustain throughout the years. This is evident by sharing that some of our clients include the Forbes top 50 richest men in Malaysia. At present, we have even ventured and advanced into the designs of Women’s hospital and development projects in the State of Johor, Malaysia.
